This interview was a very casual interview, but it is not a one on one interview. It is a group interview. In my interview it was me and another person. They asked several questions relating to retail jobs.

What was a struggle that you overcame? How did you handle it?
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
