Interview
I walked in and intended to apply. So I filled out a paper application and I was called back into the store to do a "trial run" which is 4 hours of what a normal day would consist of to see if I would like it and could stand working at that store, After that is completed you do a phone interview with a machine selecting answers to questions and then if you pass that there's a group interview/orientation.

Question 1
They asked alot of shrink questions. ie: employee theft, lack of paper, stealing in general.

Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
