I applied online. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (London, England) in Nov 2012
Interview
I had to send in a CV through their website which was followed by a phone interview. Questions like why I want to work there. The lady told me I had passed so I was called in on a group interview. Everyone was wearing black outfits so they had clearly done their research. The interviewer asked questions and everyone had to give an answer to the same thing. She asked what was a time when you received excellent customer service, what's the difference between servicing and selling and about our past experience and why we wanted to work at Victoria's Secret. They're looking for bubbly outgoing people and it's good to use their vocab such as exciting, opportunity, perfect fit, upselling, lifestyle questions, her experience.. It was maybe the next day that I received an email from them offering me the job.

Question 1
They didn't ask anything difficult, the most important thing was to give an answer different to what everyone else had already said.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
