I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Durham, NC) in Dec 2013
Interview
Interviewed in a group with all the other candidates and a manager in the middle of the mall. The key is to make yourself stand out amongst the other candidates and differentiate your answers. There were about 11 candidates and it was really hard to hear. But sit up and try your best to pay attention and look engaged.

Question 1
How do you see yourself fitting in with the company?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
