Interview
It was a group interview of about 10-15 people. The lady took us to a place in the mall and asked questions and you could tell she was looking to see who was outgoing, made eye contact, smiled. It lasted maybe 15 minutes if that. Then afterward it was maybe a few days before I got a call back offering me a position.
The interview process was honestly pretty quick and straightforward. The manager there was ready to answer the questions I had about the company and the job position at the time.
