I walked in with my resume. I was hired on the spot. I was asked a series of questions. I was also told that I was dressed very nice in comparison to some of the other interviewees that had recently just came in.

Why would i want to work for Victoria's Secret.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
