What was a time you were able to provide outstanding customer service? When did you go above and beyond to make sure a customer was satisfied?

Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
