I found the job through a career fair. I thought the process was going to be difficult but because they were opening a new store I think they were eager to find new employees. It wasn't too difficult.
Fairly straightforward questions about my previous retail experience and how it was applicable and if i would be a good fit personality wise as well as availability and previous training
