Basic Interview: I came into the store, and they had me walk through my resume. It took less than 20 minutes. They wanted to know my availability and my past experience working in retail. Nothing different than any other sales position interview.

I had a very brief interview with a hiring manager right outside the Victoria's Secret location at South Coast Plaza. It lasted 30 minutes and the hiring manager was very easy to talk to. We talked about me availability and I started a week later.

Interview
It went well. They do group interviews with more than 4 people and you have to dress professionally and answer some simple questions. You will get the job is you say the right things and if they like your personality.
