I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Victra-Verizon Authorized Retailer (Seattle, WA) in Apr 2018
Interview
The interview process was very unorganized and messy. The two managers sit you down in a dark corner of the stock room at a table right in front of the door to a restroom. The interview seemed more like an interrogation as the one of the interviewers became aggressive in his line of questioning while the other sat there looking as if he was afraid of the guy and would rather just appease him by staying quiet. It was by far one the worst interviews I have had in my life. I was glad they didn't offer me the job because I would have gladly rejected anyway.

Interview
Basic STAR questions. A few rounds with different leaders. Then they do a background check. Several weeks of online training and 4 months of ramp up for commission. This is about the main process

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Victra-Verizon Authorized Retailer (Missouri City, TX) in Jan 2024
Interview
The interview process was straightforward and conversational. I spoke with both the store manager and the district manager, who asked me a series of basic questions about my sales experience and background. The focus was primarily on my communication skills and ability to engage with people, making it clear that they were looking for someone comfortable and confident in customer-facing situations.

One of the main questions they asked me was, “Can you tell us about a time you had to sell something to someone who wasn’t initially interested?”
