Applied for Victra, First interview no one connected. I reached out and rescheduled. Again No one connected. This was for a 50 store leadership role and no one connects????? It's no wonder they have so many postings that are never filled. Eventually I was able to connect with them and the gentleman was late, then took a call during the interview. Yes, they took a call and left me on mute for over 5 minutes during the interview. Company is huge, this part of the organization needs to revamped immediately.
