I had to show up at a specific time and meet with the kitchen director at the CHSLD I applied to. First, there is a simple math test and french test to see of you can properly count, write and understand french. Then, they mostly ask about who you are, why you have chosen this job to apply to. Then, there is a series of scenarios to which you have to answer to and say what you would do. They are all very easy to answer, they are all common sense. The whole interview was in french for me.
