Interview
Much like the others here, the final technical was unreasonable. The problem had little to do with what the position was for, and seemed needlessly difficult. Like the others stated, the interviewer was absentee all throughout the process and seemed to not assist nor recognize the issue behind the problem. The availability times for the interview were also ridiculously early.

Interview
First round was a get-to-know-you phone screen. Then there was a technical challenge I received over email. Completed that and then I had another technical challenge over webcam with one of their lead developers. The final technical round cuminated to one last whiteboard-esque question. The issue was that the question was worded very poorly and it took a long time to figure out what was even being asked. The interviewer didn't really answer my questions for further explanation well and seemed very absent through the process. The question wasn't even too difficult in retrospect and I would've definitely been able to solve it if the interview had been in person and the interviewer was easier to ask questions to.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Vimbly (New York, NY) in Apr 2018
Interview
The process started quickly with a few general screening emails, a phone screening, a scheduling error as to what interview stage I was at, coding challenge, and a technical interview with another coding challenge. I'm sure everyone there works hard but things seemed more chaotic then they should have been. There was very little time early on for me to ask questions about Vimbly. My advice would be to get organized with your interview process. Lastly, remember that candidates are also screening your company to see if they themselves are interested, take time to answer technical questions early on.
