Nice conversation with the principal. He definitely set the expectations and work ethics for everyone in the firm. The office didn’t feel like it encouraged team work. It felt like people are expected to work long hours.

1hr interview and it Went pretty well. An engaged discussion on the current responsibilities and how my skills can adapt to the position. Seemed to be line but wasn’t selected ultimately. Interview was easy going and wasn’t pressured. There wasn’t any testing of knowledge or anything similar to that extent.
