I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Vinci (Watford, East of England, England) in Feb 2024
Interview
First stage was nice and friendly, and the Head of HR would have been a great person to work with. The recruiter had falsely advertised the job on LinkedIn as a "good role for someone wanting to step up from a HR Admin position". They rejected me due to being to junior for the role despite 3 years HR Admin experience, dealing with stakeholders and providing informal advice on a range of employment issues. I believe the HRBPs failed their unconscious bias training as I was not the typical HR applicant. Subtle discrimination at it's finest.
