      Full Stack Web Developer Interview

      28 Aug 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Vincit

      Interview

There are 3 rounds: 1. ~1 Hour HR and general tech questions with HR and Software Lead 2. ~2 Hour Interview with 1 or more experienced software developers 2.a - 1 Hour technical questions asked 2.b - 1 Hour Solve technical Problem, at end, you can ask questions 3. Interview with CEO The interview also depends on your level of experience that go into what questions will be asked. In hindsight, make sure to prepare by knowing why you want to work for Vincit, and argue if you can fit in their culture. Then, prepare for the tech questions, they are very practical and I hope this review helps. Think about how the internet works, your backend experience, your frontend experience, testing and versioning, secure practices and internet protocols, and have good questions to ask back. I personally did not receive an offer, but it was a great experience, they were all very professional. I only wish I had more information to prepare for the technical interview, including what I would use when given a coding problem to solve (i.e. you would use your own editor if it was an online interview and write the problem from scratch in language of choice)
