Interview
15 minutes telephone interview with David Lawrence. Applied online and sent in my CV. Only question he asked me on the interview was what jobs have I had recently. Answered the question honesty which correlates with my cv. Then told me I wasn’t suitable for his company because I have changed jobs 3 times in the last 3 years. If he had read my cv before inviting me for a telephone interview it would have saved me taking half a day off work and a couple hours researching his company.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about your experience and your current and previous position
Thanks for the response. I had actually given a number of times to do the interview but you were not able to connect via Facetime. We save time by doing a facetime first so people don't have to take a half day off work so with a 15 min slot this can be conducted anywhere with a good internet connection. Timeslots are available from 8am to 7pm so there is a lot of flexibility for a 15 min intro. When on the interview on further probing it had become clear you had moved again with that detail missing on your CV. As we dug deeper we spoke about some of the operational elements of your role rather than a 100% outbound sales including the sales leads that were generated for you to close. As a team it's important we ensure we hire the right people who will be able to drive the business forward and felt it was not suitable which is why to save everyone time, we stopped the process. We wish you success in your next move!

Interview
I had to write a short article on tech/broadcasting in three days and sent it to them. Once I got through that stage the marketing manager gave me a short interview on my experience and what I wanted to gain from the internship, it was fairly relaxed. Then I had two hours to do a plan for an eBook and show him. Went to lunch with the team and then had a half an hour interview with the CEO.

Interview
I was found on LinkedIn by the CEO who sent me a message to tell me about the role. I applied on line and soon after received a phone call from the CEO and had a short phone interview. I was then brought in for a face-to-face meeting the following week in which I spoke to the CEO and two other members of the team and I was offered the job the next day
