After applying online and via connections, was contacted by recruiter and had a brief conversation that ended positively. Ultimately was connected to the hiring manager who gave a lot of "Sure let's chat soon!" but never any follow up. After three weeks, both stopped answering entirely. Was disappointed then, but not now based on how disingenuous the experience was.
