I recently attended an interview with Vinra, and the overall experience was unsatisfactory. The initial discussion focused primarily on salary expectations and personal financial matters, without first providing clear information about the role, responsibilities, or the purpose of the interview.
The interviewer appeared unprepared and lacked clarity regarding the interview process. Sensitive documents, including a bank statement, were requested during the first interaction, and there was limited patience or willingness to properly review the information provided.
It later became evident that the position had already been filled internally. Despite this, external candidates were still invited for interviews without prior disclosure. Conducting interviews under such circumstances, particularly without transparency, reflects poor process management and a lack of consideration for candidates’ time.
