Interview
It was good with the VP and then some of the peers. The 3rd interview wasn't great. We didn't really connect, they didn't try to get to know me or anything. Good interviews happen when you get that interpersonal connection and that didn't happen with this person.

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter, who was honestly wonderful. I met with several members of the team I would be working with, but everything was very rushed and last minute. For the final interview, I was given a prompt with very little information to present on. I was given about one full day to create and present to a panel of 3 members of the team. I did share that I didn’t feel as though I was given adequate time to prepare. The recruiter shared that they typically give applicants 5 days to prep, but given the availability and timeline, I was not afforded that same courtesy.
I agree with the other review that it felt like there were too many interviews at the front end, and many red flags

How do you handle perception vs. reality if the two do not align?

Interview
Interview process was months long and 5 stages. No real consideration for your time. Honestly it’s a huge red flag when a company can’t see that you are a good fit by a third interview. Final interview was a panel with a brief - they have no processes really in place and the website isn’t very informative so feels like a set up.
