It was a short interview by phone where they ask simple question about yourself and your previous relevant work experience. Then it comes the second interview that is at the location you are applying where you need to show that you are up for the job

Can you tell me a bit about yourself and why you want to work at Virgin Plus?
It was a pre screen interview on your own with a computer with basic questions about you to learn more about you and your skills.
There were questions about what makes you better than others, what qualities describe you best, how you deal in stressful situations
- Two people interviewed me. Make sure to ask questions. For example, I asked what growth looks like at this company. I don't remember much but I have to reach the 30 word minimum
