Overall the interview process moved quickly. The recruiter found me via LinkedIn. After following up with my resume, I had the initial phone screen within one week. This was followed by a 30 min. video call with the hiring manger about a week later and a phone call with a colleague in the UK. Then I was promptly invited to fly to their FL HQ to interview with more members of the team, including the CEO. My interview experience was very positive despite some last minute rescheduling. I could sense the rapidly growing team was excited about the company's purpose and the challenges at hand. I'm looking forward to jumping right in!
