I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Virginia Commonwealth University
Interview
The interview will depend entirely on your GPA and how well you did in the professor's class. The interview only took a few minutes. It is important to get it on paper that you are applying for an internship, my supervisor tried to change 6 months of internship work into 6 months of volunteering work (internships are required for graduation and he knew it).
good overall. Asked few questions regarding research and teaching experience and approved my scholarship following the conclusion of the interview. Highly recommend reaching out to advisors through email. Thank you
Spoke with researcher and colleagues. Talked about research program, pros and cons. Short term and long term positions in the department. Reviewed clinical and laboratory research. Discussed publications and goals.
1:1 interview with faculty member. Very straightforward, It pertain to my academic experience My technical ability and a few questions about my hours. The faculty member that I interviewed with was very laid-back and straightforward with respect to the job that I would be performing.
