It was a quick application and a phone call where you talked to someone for about 10 minutes. They ask a handful of questions, but don't really care about the answer. They just need students who are willing to work.

Interview
It was very straightforward, and all steps were outlined and available online. There was a form online to fill out listing desired hours and locations, and the interview asked about specific dining halls. The interview was over phone and pretty short, as I think they needed to hire people and were accepting people easily.

Interview
The interview consisted of a quick meeting with a student manager. There was one other applicant present. She asked us general questions about customer service that were extremely easy to answer. Overall, the entire process was a breeze and anyone with social common sense should be fine.
