I submitted resume online, then I had a coding challenge, then I had two phone screens. After that I was invited on site in the New York office. Friendly people, good interview process.
Half an hour HR interview, classic questions plus two brain teasers. Then interview with trading operations, nice guy, went through my understanding of market making and trading and a brain teaser. Rejected on third interview with trader, went once again through my understanding of what they did, my profile and 1 brainteaser
