      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Virtual Latinos in Jul 2025

      Interview

This place is a third‑world meat grinder disguised as a company. Their so‑called “hiring process” is really a casting call: endless essays, hoops, and guides, even though they’ve already chosen their “star” candidate. Roles get reposted repeatedly when favorites fall through, but your “super proposal” (per their canned emails) still gets rejected. Interviews are average at best, staff like Keyla Torres are rude and unprofessional, and all this effort leads only to being underpaid. Expect bureaucracy, wasted time, and zero respect.

      Question 1

Describe experience in similar roles. When can you start? Why are you looking for a job
