Virtuoso interview questions

The interview scheduling was smooth. The first round was with the recruiter interview and the second was with the Head of Engg. No feedback was provided. Latter came to know that they were facing financial crunch.

Three round of interviews including designing a marketing campaign and presenting it for which they informed a detail feedback would be shared irrespective of the result. In the end after the interview was just sent a template rejection email. If an organization is keen on getting a full campaign done by a candidate in the interview process then they should alteast be appreciate of the candidate's time and effort to offer feedback. At the end of the process i felt, i did some quality work for free.
