Interview process is very bad and it is a online interview.Total duration of interview is only 5 minutes. The person who took my interview having no manners and professional ethics.

It was a good experience to have interviewed by virtusa, four round happened, two technical and one with client then the final HR interview. it was 3 day process after which I got my offer letter soon

Interview
It was scheduled for one of Banking client. Interview went well. Hr called 2-3 times for follow-ups before interview and they even asked me expected salary as well. After first round I had to call them for feedback, they told it's cleared but even after multiple follow-ups second round wasn't scheduled and HR didn't received my call nor they replied to my emails. Please stop wasting time of candidates and your panels as well if you are not having any intention to hire and please be professional, atleast convey status of the interview.

Interview
First round with Virtusa, Second round with the Client. I cleared both. HR took my documents for raising offer letter. Suddenly one day he calls to tell me delivery manager wants a quick chat. And then delivery Manager starts interviewing. The expectations of delivery manager are totally not in sync with all earlier all these interviewers told or as per the job description.
And there after I didn't hear back from them .
I would suggest anyone to not invest so much time as Virtusa might not be serious in taking candidates.I came across this same feedback from few other people through online review portals.
