Visa Lighting interview questions

Not really among the better ones. They have a one round 2-hour long interview process which in itself is something to not look forward to. On top of that, all questions are mostly behavioral. There is absolutely no scope for you to demonstrate your subject matter expertise. And the worst part is that being a family owned company, I just did not like the level of professionalism these guys have. They made me wait for a ridiculously long amount of time before giving their decision and the rejection email was an auto-genearated HR email. Goes to show the level of professionalism these guys have. After investing so much time for the interview and then on waiting, the least one expects is a hand-typed email. Overall, a very awful and demotivating experience with this company. I wouldn't recommend it.
