1. Interview through a 10-minute phone call, they asked about salary aspiration and availability to start. 2. They asked me for an interview through Teams with the production manager. 3. Once the interview was over, they called me for the hiring process.

O processo seletivo foi um pouco atípico do que tenho costume, fui entrevistado por dois gestores de RH + o gestor da vaga, foram bem incisivos nas perguntas, muitas vezes exigindo posicionamento claro sobre situações. O lado positivo é que foram bem honestos com relação a situação da vaga, apesar de identificar algumas contradições nas perguntas/respostas.
