Visible interview questions

Applied online, and a recruiter reached out to set up a phone screening; then she emailed questions about why I wanted to work for the company; after that, we discussed salary, then she scheduled an interview with someone from the hiring team. The whole process was over 10 days period. Didn't make it to the next stage.

Generic phone screening then interview that was a few generic questions from Verison (the kind written by a committee) then a slightly disorganized discussion where the job description did not match the job they were hiring for at all (entirely different field). They then gave a timeline and ghosted. Then reposted the incorrect job posting 2 weeks later
