The interview process started with a 30 minute zoom call followed by an unpaid take-home design test. Everything went smoothly, and the project had a well-defined brief + needed assets, but there was no follow up after submitting my designs.

What's the project you're most proud of in your portfolio?
Interview was comfortable and interviewer gave off a positive impression of actually fostering a healthy work environment. One con is the organization operates slowly so be prepared to set aside a good deal of time for the entirety of the application process.
