Then you meet with the Clinical Director and Employee Relations Manager at their office location in Newhall. They were very welcoming and friendly. Really made Vista feel like a place I could grow. Finally, a second interview with the CEO. He was nice and the second interview was only 15-20 minutes. The first interview is probably the most important one to make a good first impression.
