Awful!!! When I applied I emailed the contact on ad. I then followed up to speak with gentlemen. I was told he no longer works there. Marketing manager set up interview. I went in the following week to interview. Went well I was told. He raced about my years as a call center supervisor. Said he thinks I’ll be a great fit. Had me meet another supervisor. Told me I would hear back Monday (interview was on a Friday). I called Monday, said he would call following day once speaks to owner. I called every day for a week and kept being told same thing. Manager then calls me back says he wants to bring me on FIRST AS A AGENT TO MAKE CALLS AND SEE HOW THAT GOES AFTER A COUPLE WEEKS!! He offered me $12 an hour!!! I have never felt so disrespected. They are a scam! He lied! I wasted time and gas going to Springfield, MASS for compete BS. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE A TELEMARKETER
