easy selection process,you must be having good grasp on C/C++,java and DBMS .dont give answers if you dont know about the topic's basics.try to explain your answers,dont try to be oversmart .
1st HR round on call, then next day half hr. of tech. round good level of Q and avg process. They have very specific requirement and interview is based on same.
