Vital Research interview questions

Phone Screen with recruiter, Main Interview with two managers (Zoom), Decision. Process took about two weeks. Mostly behavioral questions. Very communicative outside of the interviews themselves. One of the smoother processes I’ve experienced.

The interview process was very smooth and quick, I had a phone interview then excel/logic assessment and then last interview. Everyone on the team was very nice and responsive so I appreciated that. The phone interview involved more questions than expected -- be prepared.
