There were three rounds of interview i have given : round 1st was telephonic and
person asked about manual testing and some question related to automation testing. Second round was face to face and interviewer asked about my experience with overseas client and whatever questions he asked i have given all the answers and my interview went very well. Third round was managerial and technical and again he asked about my experience with overseas clients then he told me that there is no HR today in office so HR will contact you once she will be in office.
After two days i didn't get any call or feedback so i called to hr and asked about my feedback and she said that my feedback is not positive and i dont have any experience with overseas clients.. c'mon guys just give the true feedback i can not accept this that i dont have any experience with overseas clients .. in my last org i was interacting them for all 9 hours.. if you don't have budget or vacancy then please dont give unnecessary reasons.
