Vitality Group International interview questions

I was invited for an interview, and during the first interview the HM asked me to engage in a second round. She wanted to move quickly and asked to schedule the interview the very next day, I said yes. In the invite, the attendees were her and two other HR employees. She did not attend the second round, I was interviewed briefly by the other two. Then the waiting game began. After some back and forth communication for a month, I was sent a rejection email today. I am very confused by the company's urgency to schedule a second round in less than 24 hours with me, and the lack of urgency to string me along for a month with no decision. To me, this reflects the lack of organization within the HR department.

Applied online. Recruiter emailed me and connected me with the hiring manager for an interview. Good conversation with the hiring manager. Hiring manager arranged a virtual panel interview. Good interview with the panel. The recruiter was unresponsive. I never received feedback and was essentially ghosted my the recruiter. Disappointing and Unprofessional. When I reached out to the hiring manager for feedback and shared my experience with HR Recruiting, I appreciated the response - they actually agreed that ghosting candidates after multiple rounds of interviews with several people is unacceptable. I appreciated that acknowledgment.
