Many rounds of interviews (phone, zoom, in person) and a demand to complete a communications campaign strategy to ultimately be declined. they could have been more decisive from earlier stages.

Ghosted part way through the process. This was after they told me they would let me know what the decision was, regardless. I politely asked for feedback a couple of weeks later and got zero response from anyone on the hiring team. Very unprofessional.
