It was easygoing. 2 interviews - one with recruiter and one with team. It wasn't a lot technical questions as company provides trainings on role. I guess it's a perfect job to enter IT recruiting

After applying online I got a reply by email in 3 weeks, then I had phone interviews with HR and Staffing Manager during next week. After interview I was asked to make a test online. nothing special. I had to search information in internet, analyze it and make a brief within 1 hour. I was told in about 2 weeks that they hire me. After then I waited for 2 months until I had in-person training with other candidates. HR manager was very professional and nice. Interview with Staffing manager was more like a "small talk".
