Thank you for sharing your experience — we completely understand how frustrating this situation must have been, and we’re really sorry for the confusion caused. The task was shared in error by our external agency and should have been provided at a later stage in the interview process.
We’ve reviewed this thoroughly and updated all our partner agencies to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We now hold regular quarterly check-ins and feedback sessions with hiring managers, interviewed, and hired candidates so we can continue to improve and deliver a fair, transparent, and positive interview experience for everyone.
