Viva Books interview questions

The interview happens with the managing editor, who mainly enquired about your past qualifications, literary interests and expectations regarding the job and the company's expectations. I was asked about the dissertation I did during my degree, which I had mentioned on the CV. It appears to me that this is primarily to assess the candidate's temperament and interest in publishing.
