Was smooth and with clear answers to my questions. Also I liked that I got the salary expectations straight from the employer from the beginning. What I didn't like was the almost non existing promotion positions due to small group of team.

3 step interview with first a casual meeting with the HR, then a use case homework on governance and compliance using different regulatory frameworks that would have to be returned in a week, and finally a final meeting with both HR and CISO.
