Normal interview process. Managers were nice and friendly. Asked typical questions. Nothing was out of the ordinary. All questions were professional and they answered any questions I had. Very insightful to what the position requires
It sucked. The guy interviewing me was telling me about the company. And had long winded 10 minutes of talking to me about his cat. Then when if I had questions regarding salaries, work schedules, insurance and pto, he just glazed over it not really going into depth.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Vivial (Saint Louis, MO) in Mar 2020
Interview
The interviews were very thorough. Typically you'll have 3 interviews before a decision is made. It's not impossible to be chosen if you are coming from outside the business. They seem to like fresh ideas from people coming from like companies.
