Assessment centre consists of a number of questions if passed you go for interview. 2 people doing interview ask questions in turn and hr let you know if youve passed.

Interview
Take part in a mock call. Must pass this call to move onto a face to face interview with staff from different departments asking about previous experience and what you qualities you can bring to the company.
