I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Vodafone (Bucharest, Bucuresti) in Aug 2016
Interview
I had 2 separate interviews for 2 different departments.
Both of them were with HR and Manager. They tend to compress all in one, meaning that you'll have only one interview with all the parties involved: HR, a senior PM, related Mananger.
I cannot say I liked neither inteview. In the first, the department manager was very bored and there was no good energy whatsoever, and in the second, both persons (not HR) seemed like they do not know what to ask me, so I just talked about me.
Even if the process is simple, after each interview, it took more than 1 month to get an answer, and this because I pushed a little to get it. So I think you're lucky if you hear from them quickly.
Also, they did not provide detailed feedback when asked. Seems like after the interview they just don't care. A minus for professionalism.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Classical Project Management and soft-skills related.
Standard: recruiter, hiring manager, panel interview with team leads, future colleague interview. Bonus points for opportunity to meet with the a few other members of the team to evaluate fit.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Open ended questions followed by probing questions like.. "tell me about a time you resolved a multi-party conflict".. "and then what did you do?".. "how did you partner with technology..".. etc.
The interview went great and the interview process was short and smooth without any hiccups. There were 3 interview stages. The interviewers asked technical and situational questions. Other than that nothing much to share.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Vodafone (Milan) in Dec 2024
