First there is a group interview. You have to focus your exposition and answers about caring and listening to the customer needs, on how good you are at problem solving and that you add your personal skills, even if not required, and use them to give more than the usual service of assistance. Also i suggest to let them know that you are very good at learning new softwares... If you pass this first interview, you go to a class where they will teach you how use their softwares. It's a selection class, so be professional! During these lessons they will make you think that you have been already selected, so you will low down your defenses and stop being professional. So do not believe them and go on being professional as much as you can!!!
