I was invited to the assessment day after submitting an online application and an online test. The test had psycological and logical questions. The first part of the assessment was in group and we had to discuss about the possibility to renew o dismiss a product in an industry completely different from Telco. After that we got a personal feedback from the HR and a first interview. After the first personal interview I had a second interview with the manager in charge of the department I was applying to work at. Positive aspect: after a few days they contacted me for a very datailed feedback even if it was negative and I didn’t get an offer.
