It was by video questioning but not with a real person, It was a little bit impersonal. If it was interviewed by someone, would it be better. After we had two games to play, one to memorize numbers and letters and other to match images.

It was online assessment, consists of three phases First phase was Numerical assessment and second one is pattern assessment and finally a short video interview, and there is feedback immediately after you finish the assessment, it was how fast and correct you answer the questions
