Interview
Initially contacted by a head-hunter who put my cv in front of the hiring manager and invited me to interview. Initial interview with relevant Director with positive feedback. Next interview with CEO. Told I was shortlisted in the last two candidates. Then told three weeks later that the other short-listed candidate had been offered and accepted. Professional and courteous process. Prompt at providing feedback and updates as to progress through the interview process.

Question 1
How important is the culture of an organisation in determining its success?
Quite tedious with tests and interviews. Their culture is a bit too strict for me, as I prefer to solve issues directly with my colleagues, if possible, not go directly to higher management.

Interview
The initial interview experience was positive but after my final (3rd) round interview, I never heard back from either the hiring manager or TA specialist regarding the selection outcome and any feedback. ‘Ghosting’ your candidates after the final stage is not a great candidate experience
Very good experience! Polite all the participants. Good environment and in depth presentation of the role. I did not get an offer but I hope for the future! All the team was great.
